✿ SHIPPING INFO ✿
All orders are shipped from Southern California.
Processing time for orders can take up to 3-5 business days.
I ship USPS First Class, which takes 3-5 business days for delivery in the US.
Please note that delays may occur due to postal holidays.
Currently only shipping within the US.
You will receive an email with the a tracking number when your order ships.
✿ CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? ✿
You may cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it has not been shipped.
✿ MY ADDRESS IS MESSED UP, WHAT DO I DO? ✿
As long as your package has not shipped you can send me an email and will be able to change the address. Please check your address when checking out. If your order gets returned, you will have to pay shipping again to have it resent. Failure to pay these charges will result in us not reshipping your package.
✿ ORDER SECURITY & FRAUD PREVENTION ✿
For your safety and ours, any orders flagged as a "fraud risk" by Shopify will be canceled and fully refunded. If this happens, we’ll reach out by email to discuss other possible options if you’re still interested. Please note that we reserve the right to decline any order we’re not comfortable shipping. Thank you for understanding our commitment to a secure shopping experience!
To lower your risk of issues occurring, please be sure to not use a VPN while checking out, that all shipping and billing information matches your Credit/Debit Card, and to include an email address for us to contact you if needed.
✿ PRE-ORDERED ITEMS ✿
All orders with a pre-order item will ship once the pre-order item is in hand. If you would like your other items sooner, please check out separately. Orders will not be shipped sooner.
✿ RETURN POLICY ✿
I accept returned items if damaged in transit. Please send me an email with photo proof as well.
✿ TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED ✿
Please wait a few days - sometimes the post office marks a package delivered a few days before they actually deliver it. Please also check with neighbors to see if they got the package by mistake. You may visit your local post office and ask them for the GPS coordinates of where the package was delivered. If you suspect mail theft, please file a police report! You can send me a copy and I will keep it on file as well.
✿ COVID-19 & POSTAL DELAYS ✿
USPS is experiencing longer shipping times than usual. International packages are taking months to show up. Please reference the USPS website at this time.
If your package is in transit, it will arrive. Please be patient as we are in the middle of a pandemic.
